Exciting opportunity to buy original Water-Cooled VW T25 'Petrol Blue' Caravelle van - First registered in UK October 1985 (5 former owners). 170,000 miles. Manual transmission. 5-speed gearbox. MOT until April 2024.

Mechanics - 1900cc reconditioned engine fitted in August 2021 at cost of £4000 (only 9,000 miles done since). Overall in excess of £8000 has been invested in the vehicle in the past 4 years during current ownership, the major part within the past two years - see below list of recent works (invoices available) -

March 2023 - new alternator and drive belt
February 2023 - new 100amp battery w/ 3 year warranty
October 2022 - new full exhaust system
August 2021 - reconditioned engine from VW Engine Company
March 2021 - replacement nearside rear suspension arm + welding repairs to inner/outer sills and wheel arch on near + offside rear
August 2019 - new clutch and flywheel plus offside front replacement hub, ball joint brake disc and wheel bearing
June 2019 - 4 new tyres, wheels sandblasted/ powder coated

Interior - high quality Caravelle specification in excellent condition including original seating, trim and door cards. Comes with fitted carpet to match original colour scheme. Some fraying/aging of carpet around front seats as can be expected with a vehicle of this age. Middle seats are removable so there is an option for more space and back seat bench folds down. Currently using as a bed with bespoke upholstered foam and mattress topper that will sleep two people of medium height but there is scope to create a more permanent bed. Also comes with custom T25 suction thermal blinds for all windows.

Exterior - there is typical T25 seamrust (as shown in pictures) and some superficial rusting in cab steps, however, chassis is fully sound and rust-free. Dent in near-side rear wheel arch that needs hammering/filling (see picture).
