Had it for two years, selling only because of relocation to Europe.
Bought for 10.5K and invested a lot in overhauling the engine, improving body work, changing carburettor, rebuilding the brakes, fixing the LPG System and many more small things like a new battery, heater and more. it is in an excellent state externally and internally plus it has a rebuild engine from the VW company in London (it is only 3 years old):
my dedicated mechanics took care of it throughout while I was not saving money nor time on it.

Leisure battery can be changed easily (as opposed to how originally it is, where it is difficult to access and the whole front passenger seat needs to be taken off)

Replacement wheel is easily accessible as it’s inside the camper with a cover (as opposed to being under the camper and very difficult to access)
The Reconditioned engine is from March 2021 , it was bought by previous owner from The VW engine Company London (receipt available) and a reconditioned carburettor from February 2022.

The LPG conversation which is working perfectly is cutting the petrol expenses in half (all paperwork for that is available too).

Only 190 miles since reconditioned engine fitted . 4 gears 
4-Berth- back seats fold down into double bed and high top sleeps 2 children (replacement wheel is here). 
Fridge, hob, grill, sink (all is working on the LPG system ) and lots of storage compartments.
The interior is original and has some obvious wear and tear in places. 
tyres are in good state. 
Tons of paperwork of its history is available. 
One pillow of the rock and roll bad is missing but can be easily sorted
