1972 VW Crossover T2 Microbus

1972 Type 2 Bay Window 8 seat walk through 1700cc LHD Microbus , Historic vehicle status so £0 road tax and MoT exempt.

Built in June 72, this crossover left hand drive microbus spent the majority of its life in the sun of California, before being imported to the UK.

The bus has undergone an extensive restoration. A very solid bus with great chassis and underside, with Deluxe trim.

The engine has been rebuilt and brakes full overhauled with all new parts, inlet manifold, oil cooler, distributor, new complete full exhaust, new heat exchangers, ducting hoses, new battery, fusebox, new ignition, door locks, sliding door lock, rear door locks, and engine door locks, new tyres the list goes on and on, everything new.

All renovation works carried out by a local County Durham restoration company.



Front seats replaced with comfy Porsche bucket-type seats and front cabin floors carpeted. The rear bench seats can all be removed. The middle seat folds to allow access to the rear most seats.
