Blue vw bay 1974. Mot/tax ex

Here for sale is our beloved Charly Boy. 

Weve had him since 2009 and then spent the next 4 yrs renovating him. Then spent much time travelling with him all over Wales and into Ireland. His mileage is low around 55K.  He was guaranteed insured for 20,000 4yrs ago.

When we renovated him he had everything redone by us. He flew through his mots but obviously now does not need one. His interior was done professionally, so his upholstery and curtains. His hobs turn outward to cook outside as well as in. 

Now just before lockdown we moved house and with that and covid its the reason for our sale. He has not been used now for about 3/4yrs. We love him but he really should be used. So unfortunately he now needs to go to a new home.

Ok so hes not a garage renovated camper and he has also been sat still for nearly 4yrs. He has no fuel in him and would need some work to check and make sure hes road ready. His engine was running fine when we garaged him but obviously been sat still now i cant guarantee anything so he would need to be towed away from us. Especially things like tyres, brakes, wipers etc. As hes also been sat do expect some rust coming through. Hes nearly 50yrs old and even with new work it does not take long for surface rust to start back up. Most would be easy to deal with but please do not expect a perfect van. But he definitely is a beautiful one and weve always had a lot of interest in him wherever weve been.

Ill throw in anything we have lying around for him, so electric camping cables, newly renovated roof rack, paint etc.
