T25 for sale - Tax/Mot exempt/ newly fitted engine

I am selling my 2l air cooled T25 camper as sadly do not have the time to use it enough. It has a newly fitted engine, which I had done in 2021. It is now registered as Tax and Mot exempt. The van runs very well and is ready to be driven away on holiday. There are some rust spots here and there, which I have detailed on the photos. The van comes with the original pop-up top and canvas and sleeps 4. It includes:
