1967 Split Windscreen LHD

Woody was imported from San Diego, California in 2010. He was sourced and thoughtfully restored to our specification and we have tried to keep as much of the original interior features as possible. Being a left-hand drive, he has been perfect for our tours around France and Spain – we have also enjoyed many trips around Southern England.

He has a full-service history and almost full MOT history (we missed 2021 for some unknown reason). Some of the paintwork needs attention, but his body is clean and solid, and the engine is running well. First gear has a habit of popping out voluntarily on the odd occasion, but you just need to know its limitations.

The engine was reconditioned in 2016 by a VW Campervan specialist and has done only 20,000 since then.

We have decided to sell Woody as our children have grown up and we have grown older. We will be sorry to see him go.
