Margie the 1979 T2 Camper

We are selling our VW T2 Campervan which we have owned for just over 6 years (lots of travels & memories made).

She (Margie, all vans have names) needs some TLC but she can be used from day 1 to make your own memories.

She is registered as an historic vehicle (44 years old) so doesn’t need an MOT (still put her through one, passed April 23, with 2 adv)

The vehicle tax is £0

She is serviced yearly by a garage.

Since we’ve owned her, these have been replaced -

Replaced front beam

Front/ rear brakes

Ball joints

Steering control arm

Carburettor

Starter motor

Battery

Lots of p/work

Few spares come with van

She has a rock n roll bed, various storage areas, pop top, diesel heater, 240v hook up, solar panel (roof mounted), homemade window blinds, split charger system for 125 amp/hr leisure battery

There are a few rust patches which will need to be sorted out.

We will be sad to see her go but would like her to be used & enjoyed.
