BALOO Reluctantly Selling my 1973 Right hand Drive VW T2 Early Bay Camper. Owned since December 2014 and Garage kept and since owning Baloo, I have carried out the following. It has been professionally reupholstered including all Seats including full size rock and roll bed, Door cards, spare wheel cover. New curtain rails to include curtains, new Headlining with 28 coloured L.E.D lights under with remote control, new mar oleum flooring and rush mats. New wooden surround steering wheel, new lap belts fitted, removable Buddy seat with storage. Leisure Battery and Electric hook with Cable installed. New shock absorbers fitted and vehicle slightly lowered to front end. Four white wall tyres fitted hardly used since new. Recent new horn and Battery. Interior drawer unit housing fridge. Exterior it comes with colour coded metal sun visor and original wood / metal colour coded Roof rack, Baloo was resprayed by previous owner and I have the original advert to show all what he carried out. Engine regularly maintained with new carburettor. Tax and MOT Exempt but always had MOT’s present one runs out in October. Virtually all Receipts going right back to 1973. Even the original purchase receipt (£1497.00) dated 10th February 1973. And a letter from Volkswagen stating it came off the production line in December 1972 Present Original Mileage is 85621 miles. Very pretty vehicle great head turner been all over camping, Bus fest etc and also used for a couple family weddings. Couple of rust spots but very good for a vehicle almost 50 years old. It does have a blow-up drive away awning, tons of extras for camping including TV etc but these can be negotiated separately. I have just reached the tender age of 70 so have now decided to sell.
