Beloved 1986 1.6TD - make us an offer

Must see - sold as seen. Very sound underneath, but MOT failed on brakes and rust around wheel arches. Had quote of 900 to weld.

PRO's:
Is a runner, though SORN.
Reconditioned engine (last year, 200 miles since).
New Alternator, pumps, all belts, sensors.
Brand new radiator and cooling system.
Good tyres.
New exhaust box (2 year old).
Rear 3-point seatbelt.
Sound underneath (Was ‘bathed’ in the factory).
Cooker, fridge, sink and water pump work.
240V system works.
Marine heater.
Tow bar and electrics.

CONS:
MECHANICAL -
Smokey on start (White).
Potential engine timing issue (from sound).
Oil pressure light at low revs (may be linked to above).
Ineffective brake servo.
Seizing front nearside brake.

ELECTRICAL:
Bad earth needs tracing.

INTERIOR:
One Rock and Roll Bed hinge missing.
Rear storage door off one hinge.
Front overhead locker door off one hinge.
Fabric of upholstery seriously worn.
Cold start knob housing broken.

EXTERIOR:
Welding needed to cure rust issues.
Some panel line rust - stabilised but ugly.
Bad dent to side door, occasional interference with opening but not blocking.
Other dents.
Roof join has been reinforced at some point.
