1972 VW Microbus Deluxe

It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to sell my Californian Imported VW Camper Van. It was imported from hot sunny dry California a few years ago and given a very sympathetic body and paint restoration. It was fully recommissioned with new fuel tank, rebuilt suspension and brakes, rebuilt twin carburettor 1600 engine and has been treated to a new headlining, retrimmed seats and a smart rock and roll bed. The engine has been rolling road tuned and drives amazingly well. Pulls strong in all gears and is quiet and economical to drive. The underside (where it counts) is 100% solid and rust free. The van is wearing much of its original paint and has new window and door seals all round also. I will be gutted to sell it, but my priorities have changed. This is not your standard overpriced rot-box. This is an exceptionally solid and reliable van honestly presented. I learnt these lessons the hard way, with my previous e-bay purchase van.
