1963 DOUBLE DOOR PANEL VAN.
Imported from Texas, complete with Texas Heat Baked Patina
Body Work:
The inside, the engine bay and the chassis have all been shot blasted and painted.
The underside of the chassis is coated with raptor.
All the welding has been done (too much to list) but this is a solid bus- please see the resto pics.
Tubbed front arches. Safari windows
Engine and Gear Box:
Solid 1600 engine and refurbished gear box.
Electrics:
New wiring loom fitted.
Suspension:
The front is running on air bags and the rear has an IRS conversion kit. New shocks. Dropped spindles. Adjustable spring plates on the rear.
Interior:
Sweet and simple. Rock and roll bed, front seats have been recovered.
All new rubber door seals
Steering:
Modified steering box. All new seals and joints.
Brakes:
New drums, new pads and new wheel bearings. New brake lines.
This is a bad ass Patina bus that is rock solid. All the works been done,
It’s ready for summer.. day trips, camping.
MOT and Tax Exempt. (Last year it cost me £98 to insure it)
