Reduced for Quick Sale - VW T2 Super Viking 5 Berth touring setup with many extras

The time has come to part with our beloved bus ‘Blodwyn’. We have owned her for the best part of 15 years and have enjoyed many family holidays both home and abroad. For us reliability and practicality for all 5 of us were vital so have installed many options over the years to ensure just that. These include a rock solid diesel engine, off grid solar panels and a night heater. As rust was taking hold on the lower half, took the decision over lockdown to restore her, which we did costing thousands, but unfortunately financial pressures mean we now need to sell. As such we have priced her for a quick sale. Recent restoration included: • Exterior: New inner and outer front wheel arches, new rear wheel arches, new full length inner and outer sills, new sliding door outer skin, rear tailgate outer skin and a partial respray of the interior and exterior in the original Mexico beige and a complete new set of german quality rubber door seals throughout. Additional chasis welding carried out after previous MOT. • Interior: New Westfalia Plaid interior door panels, stainless steel door handles and birch ply headlining. New headlining for the Super Viking roof, blackout curtains with a white flower design and chair storage pockets in matching beige plaid. Van Specifications: • Super Viking Roof, Sleeps 3 upstairs on one double and one single, and two downstairs on rock and roll bed • VW AAZ 1.9 turbo diesel engine, super reliable, starts first time, 40mpg. • Additional aftermarket Oil Cooler and blown air heating. • Diesel Night Heater which can also be used while van is in motion. • 3 x100w Solar panels, solar regulator and 110a AGM leisure battery. • Built in 2000w inverter / battery charger for use off grid as well as hookup. • Two 240v plug sockets and multiple 12v sockets • Two burner gas hob, sink with pumped running water • Original fridge which runs from 12v / solar or mains. • 2x rear 3 point seat belts and middle lap belt. (Seats 5) • Stainless Steel Exhaust and Hub Caps • Tax and MOT exempt • Agreed valuation of £22k Recent Work: • New front roll bar • New Rear wheel bearings • Recent alternator, timing belt and water pump replacement. Not so good: • A few surface rust bubbles appearing around rear bumper and upper bodywork.
