Daisy is our trusty and faithful VW campervan, we have had some wonderful times together but sadly ill health means we have to let her move on and to have more adventures with another family who will love her as much as we do.
Daisy is a twin carb 1700cc petrol engine 1972 VW Devon Conversion with a reliable and watertight Pop Top roof. She has a MOT running to June 2022; her mileage is around 80550 and she is ready to drive now. She sleeps up to 4 people in twin hammocks. The hammocks and walls were re-upholstered a 4 years ago. She has new carburettors, (We have kept the original carburettors if you would like them)
She also has a new exhaust, realigned gears, Propex blown air heating with thermostat, CD and radio. We have service records for 20 years. She is both tax exempt and MOT exempt. Her body work was restored and painted about 8 years ago in VW brilliant orange. Underneath is sealed and in good condition.
She has a two June 2021 new batteries (one for Leisure) and a Fireboy in the engine compartment.
