Viva Skegvegas!
Chet from the JK Team spent the weekend enjoying everything going on at Viva Skegvegas 2022, and still found time to send us well over 100 photos of all the cool stuff the rest of us were missing out on. It was nice of him to think of us, but it did make us even more gutted we couldn't go ourselves!
If you haven't been before, Skegvegas is an awesome show which has evolved from a humble carpark meet to one of the most popular classic VW weekenders in the country. Held in Revesby Country Park in Lincolnshire, Viva Skegvegas brings some of the best retro Volkswagens together from all over the UK and Europe.
There was a huge amount going on over the weekend. Saturday was the Rust & Prime event, and Sunday was the main Show & Shine, both of which had some awesome entrants. There was also special car and push bike displays, loads of auto jumble stalls, a general store, specialist trade stands, bouncy castles, great catering options (including vegan and veggie food), a fun fair, live bands, workshops, circus skills events, family competitions, a dog show, wacky theme races, push bike racing and loads more!
We're really proud to sponsor Viva Skegvegas, and it was great to see so many people enjoying themselves and so many awesome VWs turn up to take part.
