How do I claim my free gift?
To claim the free gift with your first order, all you need to do is log in and place an order. You’ll then be offered the chance to add the free gift to your basket at the checkout.
You’ll need to log in using the same email address you used when you took out your insurance policy with Just Kampers Insurance, to make sure that our system correctly identifies you.
When you’re logged in and go to place your first order with us, you’ll see a prompt at the checkout asking if you’d like to add the free gift to your basket.
You can select yes or no at this point, but this will be your only chance to grab the free gift, so if you select ‘no’ you won’t be offered another chance!
What is the free gift?
As a thank you for insuring with our sister company, Just Kampers Insurance, we’re offering you a Vehicle Wash Mitt and Drying Cloth Bundle as a free gift with your first order from Just Kampers.
This bundle kit includes both a Vehicle Wash Mitt, and a Vehicle Drying Cloth.
These are great quality cleaning accessories which will help you keep your vehicle looking its best for years to come, whether you’re taking it to a show or just to the shops!
The free gift is available while stocks last, as explained in the terms and conditions below.
I can’t see how to add the free gift to my basket
If you can’t see the option to add a free gift to your basket, then please check the following are true:
• You’re logged in, using the same email address you used when you took out your Just Kampers Insurance policy,
• You haven’t placed an order before, as this offer is only available to Just Kampers Insurance customers who haven’t ordered from Just Kampers before,
• Your web browser isn’t blocking pop-ups, as this may prevent you from seeing the free gift message when it appears.

Free Gift Terms & Conditions
The offer of a free gift with your first purchase is available to customers who are insured with Just Kampers Insurance at the time when they place their order.
You must be logged in to the justkampers.com website, using the same email address as you used when you took out vehicle insurance with Just Kampers Insurance, to be offered the free gift.
Customers who accept the free gift will get a Vehicle Wash Mitt and Drying Cloth Kit included in their order. This kit includes both a Vehicle Wash Mitt, and a Vehicle Drying Cloth.
Free gifts are limited to one per customer, and will be offered at the checkout at justkampers.com.
The offer of a free gift with your next purchase will end at 23:59 on 31 December 2026.
The free gift is available while stock lasts, and Just Kampers reserves the right to substitute the free gift if stock does run out.
There will be quick and clear communication by Just Kampers if this does happen, and any changes to the nature of the free gift will be highlighted on this page, and at the point the free gift is offered at the checkout.
How do I get my 10% discount?
You’ll get a 10% discount at Just Kampers for the duration of your Just Kampers Insurance policy.
All you need to do is log in to Just Kampers using the same email address you used when you took out your insurance policy with Just Kampers Insurance. Your 10% discount will then be applied automatically to all eligible products.
You must use the same email address you used when you took out your insurance policy, so that we can match you to your account. Once you're logged in, that's all you need to do! There’s no codes to remember or anything else, you just need to be logged in and we'll do the rest for you!
The discount also works when you call us on 01256 86 22 88 to place an order, as the JK Team will be able to see that you’ve got vehicle cover with Just Kampers Insurance, and will apply your 10% discount as parts are added to your order.
What can I use the 10% discount on?
The exclusive 10% discount that you get while insured with Just Kampers Insurance can be used on a huge range of different parts and accessories here at Just Kampers.
We've got thousands of parts in stock for the earliest Volkswagen Beetle to the latest non-VW vans, so whether you're lovingly restoring a classic or converting a van into a camper, you're in the right place.
There are some products which your 10% discount won’t be applied to, such as special order products, special offers, and gift vouchers. You can read more about these exclusions here.
How long is my 10% discount valid for?
The exclusive 10% discount you get for being insured with Just Kampers Insurance is valid for the duration of your insurance policy, and will be extended when you renew your policy for another year.
Similarly, if you cancel your insurance policy for any reason, your 10% discount will also be cancelled.
Who are Just Kampers?
You’re insured with Just Kampers Insurance, and Just Kampers is their sister company.
We’ve been part of the VW community here in the UK since 1989, when we got started as a specialist repairs workshop fixing up classic Volkswagen campers.
Mark Reynolds set up Just Kampers on his 22nd birthday, which was the soonest he could get motor traders insurance, and saw the company transform from a tiny workshop into a leading producer and supplier of parts and accessories for happy customers around the world.
In 1998, Mark noticed that a lot of fellow classic camper drivers were struggling to get hold of proper vehicle insurance at a sensible price, and so set up Just Kampers Insurance.
