JK understand that sometimes customers order the wrong parts. We also appreciate that occassionally some parts ordered may be surplus to requirements.  Our fair and simple returns policy protects customers against these situations and more…

Damaged, faulty and incorrect parts delivered

Upon receipt of your order you have two working days to advise Just Kampers of any damage or shortages. If your goods are damaged, faulty or not the correct parts that were ordered, please contact Customer Services at [email protected] or call us on 0345 120 4716  Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm and request a Returns Form.

If we have your email address we will email you a prepaid Postage Form with a Returns Number, please attach this to your parcel and once received we will process your Return. If we do not have your email address we will provide you with a Returns Number which must be quoted on your parcel. Please obtain a receipt for your postage costs, we will refund the postage if the issue is the fault of Just Kampers.

We will refund any delivery charges you've paid, provided you return the full order (UK orders only).
If you are unable to check the goods upon receipt, please note "NOT CHECKED" on the delivery papers before you sign for the goods. You then have two working days to check for damage/shortages, as stated above.

Incorrect Parts Ordered, Goods not Required

If for any reason you have ordered the incorrect parts, we offer a 14 day (from delivery date) refund policy, subject to the goods being returned in unused, perfect condition, with the original packaging still intact and not defaced. Customers must meet the cost of return carriage on correctly supplied goods.

Any returns after 14 days are at our discretion and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. Whilst Just Kampers make every effort to provide correct information and goods, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the goods are correct before fitting/use.

Old Core Returns

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover any costs for returning Core items back to Just Kampers for a refund.

Condition of Returns

It is important that returned items are in the best possible condition*, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging. When returning goods, the buyer is responsible for the repackaging of the goods and they remain the customers responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse, so please obtain proof of posting/delivery. Just Kampers regret that postage/packaging/insurance costs are non-refundable, unless goods received are faulty or received in error.

*Please note that if an awning has to be returned for any reason, it must be dried before collection or sending back as we will not be able process any refunds or replacement if they are received damp/wet. If received in this condition they will be returned at the customers cost.
