Eva Resto 10w-40 Performance Engine Oil (5 Litres)

Our friends EvaResto have used their knowledge and experience to develop their own range of oils designed for air-cooled Volkswagen engines.

This 10W-40 semi-synthetic oil has been created for high performance air-cooled engines, with a formula that can handle the demands of a high-output engine. 

Designed to deal with high pressure and high heat production, this semi-synthetic oil holds its own in an air-cooled engine with increased compression, high flow, high pressure oil systems, high lift camshafts, uprated dual or single valve springs, and even turbochargers.

The formula has also been created to work best in the generally mild climate here in the UK, where your air-cooled engine is less likely to be used in extremely high or low temperatures. 

We also stock two other specifications of engine oil from EvaReso:

• EvaResto 15w-40 oil for modified engines – J50162

Product Specifications:

• High shear stability for stay in grade performance,

Contains an elemental zinc level of 1,500ppm – 15,000ppm of ZDDP (Zinc Dialkyl Dithiophosphate). 

The ZDDP in this multigrade engine oil from Eva Restos is an additive which helps to prevent wear, oxidisation, and corrosion in your VW’s air-cooled engine. It does this by forming a protective layer over essential components, especially surfaces which would ordinarily see a lot of wear.
