How can I track my delivery?

Order Tracking

When you place an order on line you will see an order confirmation screen giving you your order number. Please make a note of this number for your records.

Within a few minutes of placing your order you will automatically be sent an email with your order number confirming that your order is in the system.

Once your order has been processed you will receive another email confirming your order has been processed and, if necessary, informing you of any issues relating to your order ie. Item out of stock or substitute item.

How do I get a quote for overseas delivery costs?

Our web-site will quote for delivery to most countries throughout the world, however for large orders or those we cannot provide an online quote for, please contact the Just Kampers Sales Team or Customer Services who will be happy to get a quote from our courier for you.

When can I expect my delivery?

Courier Service
This is our normal method of delivery and we aim to provide a next-working-day service.  Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond the control of ourselves and/or the couriers, we may not meet our objective, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If your goods have not arrived within 2 working days of placing your order please contact us.

For orders weighing more than 1Kg it is far more cost effective to use a courier service. We will advise cost of postage if required, but please note that goods sent by post are not insured for loss or damage and may take up to 28 days for delivery.  Read all of our  Delivery and Returns information here.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We can ship anywhere that a courier company can reach! We have been serving customers all over the world since we started back in 1989. The internet makes it easy for customers around the globe to find us and we have many regular personal and trade customers located in Europe, North America and Australasia.

No matter where they are, all our customers benefit from our quick efficient delivery and great customer service. 

Our competitive shipping prices are automatically calculated by the website, with the exception of oversized items, where we ask that you email us for a delivery quote.

Which courier company do you use?

UK courier - Our standard courier service is Interlink.

UK posted items - We use Royal Mail for all postal deliveries.

Non-UK courier - DPD Express. All courier items can be tracked by you online using your individual consignment number.


What cards can I use when making a payment?

We accept all major credit/debit cards excluding AMEX.


How can I track the progress of my order?

Later, once your order is processed, you will receive another confirmation email or, where necessary, one informing you of any issues relating to the order e.g.'item out of stock' or 'substitute item'.

What is the surcharge on reconditioned units?

This is, in effect, the deposit paid against parts supplied that have been reconditioned. Once Just Kampers has received the returned old core unit the surcharge will be refunded. To return your old core unit, please contact Just Kampers Customer Services who will supply you with a Returns Number (RA number).

When can I expect items on Back Order to be delivered?

We will automatically ship any items on back order as soon as they arrive with us, providing it is within 30 days from the time of your original order. If 30 days has past, we will contact you to confirm that the goods are still required and we may need to take payment again for the remaining items. You will not be invoiced for Back Ordered items until they ae dispatched from our building. In line with PCI compliance, we do not store your credit card details, and after 30 days the original payment will be nullified and any remaining funds from the original payment are returned to your bank account, which is why we may need to take payment again. We will notify you via email once your back order has been dispatched.
