EMPI 40 IDF/40 HPMX 40 IDF/40 HPMX 44 IDF/44 HPMX 48 IDF/HPMX Carburettor Rebuild Kit Float Included

This EMPI Carburettor overhaul kit is equipped with all the necessary components for rebuilding one carburettor. It is designed to fit Weber 40/44/48 IDF Carburettors and 40/44 HPMX Carburettors. The kit is assembled using Viton O-rings, seals, and diaphragms to ensure compatibility with ethanol fuel blends.

Included in the kit are 40/44/48 top gaskets, IDF float, accelerator diaphragm spring, early and late diaphragms, volume control screws, springs, and cups, 40 and 44 base gaskets, filter screen, rubber "O" rings, seals, and gaskets, and a printed diagram.

Please note : This rebuild kit comes with a late style 5.5MM tall diaphragm shaft. Carburetors manufactured earlier may have a long shaft. It is recommended to measure your diaphragm shaft length before ordering to ensure compatibility with this kit.
