Dear Customer,

Please see the attached letter from the supplier of part J46473, Eazy Spinner Double Seat Base. This is regarding a potential defect in the manufacturing of the base affecting the securing bolts. This has been reported in a small number of cases during the installation of the base to the vehicle.

Unfortunately, due to this impacting the safety of this part,  we need to ask all customers who received this base after 14th May to stop using it immediately and to replace their original seat and fixings before continuing to use their vehicle.

We are working closely with the supplier to rectify this issue and would like to be able to offer you a replacement as quickly as we can. Currently, this is expected to take 2 to 3 weeks for all testing and replenishment of the goods to happen. If you would prefer a refund, we are happy to offer this as an alternative option.
