Fitting information:

Fits the offside (right) forward side panel on the medium wheelbase, long wheelbase and extra-long wheelbase Ford Transit built from 2013 onwards. The glass measures roughly 363 mm by 753 mm, and has a dark tint with 33% light transparency. This window is designed to fit opposite the sliding door on a right-hand drive vehicle, since the van will have the sliding door on the nearside (left). Tips on fitting your new window

It’s entirely possible to install this window at home yourself, if you’ve got the skills, experience and tools needed to do the job. However, we do recommend that you take your van, and your new window glass, to a professional to ensure that the job is done swiftly and safely. Make fitting easier with a glass blonding kit

If you’re looking to install these windows yourself (or you just want to make it as easy as possible for the fitter you’re hiring!), we’ve put together a money-saving bundle kit which includes all of the kit you’ll need to fit the windows: J18126. The optional window bonding kit will get you a tube of adhesive bonding agent, to hold the glass in place, as well as the felt applicator you’ll need to spread the adhesive to where it’s needed, plus a glass cleaning sachet wipe, and a bottle of glass primer, to prep the window beforehand.
