AG Automotive Lithium Battery 100Ah 12.8V LiFePO4 1280Wh

This lithium battery is designed for mobile or stationary use. Supplied prefilled and ready for installation, this battery can be used as a body battery in motorhomes, caravans and campervans, a drive battery for caravan movers, a storage battery for solar applications, and as an emergency power supply.

The integrated management system monitors and protects the battery from damage due to improper handling or incorrect parameters. The battery management system also performs active internal cell balancing to always maintain maximum performance.

Charging LiFePO4 batteries do not need to be recharged after each use - leaving them in a partially charged state is not harmful to the battery. The battery can be charged with high charging current to shorten the charging time (50A recommended charging current/100A maximum charge current).

See the downloadable technical data sheet for more information on charging. If the battery management system disconnects the battery due to low voltage to protect against deep discharge, the battery should be recharged as soon as possible - otherwise, the cells could be permanently damaged.

LiFePO4 batteries can be safely charged in a temperature range of 0°C - 55°C. They can be charged with any IU charger that does not exceed a final charge voltage of 14.6V, or with a charger with LiFePO4 characteristics. The BMS switches off the battery if it gets too hot. If the temperature drops, it automatically switches the battery back on. The balancing of the cells is done automatically during charging or during a standby phase, if necessary.

Discharge The battery should be discharged up to 100% of capacity if possible in a temperature range of -20°C to 60°C. Recommended discharge is maximum 90%. The BMS switches the battery off if it becomes too hot. If the temperature drops, it switches the battery back on automatically.

Using the Bluetooth App Bluetooth communication is already built into this battery. The battery can be controlled via the AG Automotive Battery app in the Google® Play Store® or the Apple® App Store® (use the QR code in the downloadable Installation and Operating Manual). The latest version of the app should always be used.
