We’ll select one winner, a first runner up, and a second runner up on Monday 24 March 2024 and then get in touch with them straight away by email and phone to let them know the good news!

Terms and Conditions for Entry

Who’s running the prize draw:

1. The prize draw is being organised and promoted by Just Kampers as a partnership between Just Kampers Ltd and Just Kampers Insurance.
1.1. Just Kampers Ltd.’s full address is: Just Kampers, Unit 1 Stapeley Manor, Long Lane, Odiham, Hampshire, RG29 1JE.
1.2. Just Kampers Insurance’s full address is: Just Kampers Insurance, Sterling House, Hallingbury Road, Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, CM23 5RS.

2. The decision of Just Kampers regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Who is eligible to enter:

3. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Just Kampers Ltd and Just Kampers Insurance Services, or their families.
3.1. Just Kampers reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants, and to invalidate any entries submitted by persons ineligible to take part.

Prize draw open and close dates

4. The opening date for entries is 00:00 on Sunday 23 February 2025. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on Sunday 23 March 2025.
4.1 Entries must be received between these dates for the entries to be valid, and any entries received after this time will not be accepted.

How to enter the prize draw

5. The prize draw is free to enter. Entrants will not need to pay to find out whether a prize has been won, nor will the winner or runners up need to pay in order to take possession of the prize. 

6. Anyone who gets a vehicle insurance quote from Just Kampers Insurance between the opening date and closing date listed in Point 4 will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
6.1. You'll be able to get a vehicle insurance quote from Just Kampers Insurance at www.justkampersinsurance.com or by calling 01256 444 546. 

7. Entries are limited to one per person per vehicle. If an entrant owns multiple vehicles, they may request a vehicle insurance quote for each vehicle, and each of these quotes will entitle them to one entry. Multiple quotes by the same entrant for the same vehicle will not be counted after the first quote.

Entry restrictions and requirements

8. Just Kampers accepts no responsibility for delayed entries; entries incorrectly completed and/or entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind. No responsibility will be accepted by Just Kampers for any entries not received for whatever reason.

9. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring that they provide accurate and current contact details to Just Kampers. Just Kampers will be in no way liable for any inability to contact entrants who have provided inaccurate contact details, whether they have done so deliberately or not.

10. All entries must be submitted with accurate and correct information. Just Kampers reserves the right to invalidate any entries submitted which include false, or deliberately inaccurate, information. 

11. No third-party entries, multiple and/or bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. Entry via or using malicious third-party software (to be determined at Just Kampers’ sole discretion), or any other electronic or automated means is strictly prohibited, including, without limitation, use of bots, crawlers, browser plugins or browser extensions that scrape and/or modify activity of the platforms used Just Kampers to deliver the prize draw. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.

About the Prizes:

12. The winner will receive free vehicle insurance for one year, from Just Kampers Insurance. A first runner up will receive a £100 Just Kampers gift voucher, and a second runner-up will receive a £50 Just Kampers gift voucher.
12.1. If the winner is already insured with Just Kampers Insurance, they will be entitled to insure an additional vehicle for free, or renew their current vehicle’s policy for free when the renewal date for that policy comes around.

13. The prizes for the winner and runners up are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered.
13.1. The prizes is subject to availability and Just Kampers reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value. There will be quick and clear communication by Just Kampers with all entrants if this is to be the case.

Winner selection process:

14. A winner, a first runner up, and a second runner up will be chosen by random draw, performed by a computer process, from all eligible entries on Monday 24 March 2025 (the “Draw Date”).
14.1. All valid entries will be assigned a number, and random number will be drawn. The winner, first runner up, and second runner up will be the individuals with the entry associated with the number which is randomly selected.

Winner notification process:

15. The winner and runners up will be notified by email and phone on Monday 24 March 2025, using the contact details provided when they got the vehicle insurance quote associated with their entry.
15.1. If the winner or runners up do not respond to Just Kampers within seven days of being notified, then their prize will be forfeited and Just Kampers will be entitled to select another winner or runner up in accordance with the process described above.

16. Just Kampers must, and will, publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. This information will be made available at justkampers.com/competitions, delivered via email to entrants, and shared on Just Kampers’ Facebook and Instagram pages.
16.1 The winner and runners up agrees to the use of their name in publicity material related to the ending of the prize draw and the awarding of the prize to the winner and runners up. This publicity material will be posted on the Just Kampers website, and shared via Just Kampers’ email newsletter, Facebook page, and Instagram page. 

17. Just Kampers reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. If this does occur, Just Kampers will communicate this quickly and clearly with all entrants.

18. Just Kampers reserves the right to review and/or revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the prize draw subsequent to any revision of these terms, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed any such new or amended terms.

Data Protection and Privacy:

19. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Just Kampers‘ Privacy Policy.

20. Your data or personal details will not be sold to third parties.

21. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Acceptance of Terms:

22. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Just Kampers reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
