Internal Windshield & Rear Blind – Mazda Bongo

Designed for internal application. This thermal blind set is a great way to block harsh light from entering your interior, plus there’s loads of other features which make this a great accessory for your recreational vehicle. Designed for use with Mazda Bongo vehicles; blinds applied to windscreen, side cab and rear windows.

Thermal Insulation

These intelligent blinds are compiled from a sum of seven layers, each with different functions. These layers each aid the functionality of these blinds. Just some of these unique characteristics include things like prevention against moisture build-up or to help ensure that warm air doesn’t escape the vehicle.

When all seven layers are working together, they form a thick barrier, which prevents external weather from affecting the climate within your vehicle. It stops cool air from creeping in and causing drafts; the layers prevent exterior heat from affecting the cab interior. Much like the function of curtains within a home, these blinds will store the already warm air within your vehicle and prevent it from escaping. Light and Heat Deflection

The outermost layer boasts a reflective silver fabric. This goes a long way in preventing the summer sun from scorching the inside of your vehicle. It’s mirror-like quality deflects sunlight as it approaches the cab. Light is bounced away and can’t creep into your vehicle, where it can warm the air and heat up conductive materials like metal.

Blind Installation

Use these blinds across your windshield and cab door windows. Within this pack is also a rear window blind. These work together to protect the climate within your vehicle, from the harsh weather outside. Install them to the window glass via the included suction cups. Apply the cups to the blinds, make sure your windows are totally free of grease or residue, and stick them on!

High Grade Suction Cups

Sometimes suctions cups get moved around while in transit. Their flexible material changes form easily. While in storage, their flexible material will change shape, when other objects put force on them. If left in a position for a long time, this can appear to permanently alter their shape; when they arrive, a couple may look a little misshapen. Please understand, this is totally normal and easily fixed!

The cups will regain their original form, if left to rest in warm water for a few moments. It’s important to proceed with caution while handling hot water, we recommend the water is not boiling temperature but warm enough. Soak the affected cups in a bowl of warm water for between 10-15 minutes. If they haven’t already returned to their original shape, attempt to form them while they’re still warm, but remember to practise caution.
