As oil temperature rises, so engine life can rapidly decline. Don’t wait for the warning lights, fit the VDO oil temperature gauge kit with dipstick temperature sender now!
Quality is assured – manufacturers VDO made all the standard gauges already factory fitted in your VW. Traditional in style, the backlit, 52mm gauge has a black face which is easy to read, and covers a 50C–150C range.
The kit, which includes a dipstick temperature sender and the temperature gauge, is designed to fit all aircooled 1200cc–1600cc engines and can be used with all VW T2 Bays, VW T2 Splitscreens and VW Beetles.
Dipstick - Bronze terminal should be wired to Gauge. Brass terminal should be wired to Earth.
Please Note If you don't wish to cut a hole in your dash to mount the gauge, you may also need to purchase J19357 under dash mounting bracket.
