AD- AS coded, These 1600cc engines are built using the 1968 on twinport style block. We can build these to suit any year or application please contact our sales team on 01256 862288 to discuss your requirements.
The unit is supplied with:
• New 200mm flywheel New barrels and pistons
• New bearings
• New oil pump
• New valve springs
• New gaskets Oil cooler
• 4 x spark plugs
All other components are reconditioned if they are within VW tolerances. If not, they are also replaced. Supplied on a service exchange basis.

You will need to return the old unit to JK within two months and we will collect it from you on your instruction.
Once returned, the unit is checked to ensure that it is complete and suitable for reconditioning before your full deposit can be refunded to your credit or debit card.

Old units will be credited, where applicable, in full up to two months from the date of purchase. Old units returned after this period will be credited at our discretion. In this way, we – and yourselves – can help ensure that future generations will have an ongoing, cost-effective source of replacement parts for their vehicles.
