This great quality repair panel for the A pillar has been created by BBT as part of their Silver Weld Through range.
Fits the nearside (left) A pillar on on VW T2 Bays built from 1967 to 1979.
We also stock the same repair panel for the offside (right). See J50281.
This area is particularly prone to rust and corrosion on the T2 Bay, so this repair panel lets you cut away the rusted metal and replace it with great quality steel from BBT, rather than needing to replace the whole front panel.
The panel includes a section of the front panel “bulge” or swage line section, which is also prone to rusting and makes this a great repair piece for these awkward areas.
