    • i recently purchased a new master cylinder as mines was faulty my old one has the two ports on the right side and one on the left. the new one is the opposite does this matter??
i am thinking it shouldn't but i have a a doubt in my mind so would just like to find out??
also the question regarding the seal that goes between the servo and cylinder is that a separate part as my cylinder has rubber gasket on it??
    • Answer: Hello. As long as you have the right year etc I cannot see it being a problem if the outlets are in a different place. You will most likely have to make new copper pipes though. I have encountered things like this in the past and made new pipes up. There is usually a gasket between the master cylinder and servo. I thought usually a paper gasket. You could always use instant gasket sealant.
