Give your heating a boost! Replace that tatty old paper airhose with this hardwearing plastic tube. Links the fan housing to the exhaust pod. Fits VW Beetles from 1961 to 1998, T2 Split Screens from 1963 to 1967, and 1600cc T2 Bays from 1967 to 1979. Sold individually, two required per vehicle. Outer diameter at end - 52mm Length - 260mm Please Note: This will only fit vehicles with a standard exhaust system.

tight fit part 2Bough these after reading the previous review regarding the tight fit so knew they werent just going to slide on to the fan housing ducts. They would not go anywhere near and fitting has involved me having to make some modification by slipping a 51mm internal diameter sleeve over the tube which then fits snugly fit onto the fan housing.
For the price they are good value and obviously are a lot more robust than the paper and aluminium versions.Posted on

Looks great, tight fitThese were a great replacement for the old paper ones and they look great. They were a tight fit in my engine and would recommend warming in the sun before installing
