11.3mm x 912mm V-belt. Designed 1200cc–1600cc aircooled engines fitted with an alternator.


Fits Beetles from 1973 to 1998, T2 Bays from 1974 to 1979 and Brazilian made Bays.

Don’t get stranded – carry a spare! Aircooled engines rely on this belt to drive the generator and, in turn, the cooling fan. A snapped belt will quickly result in a very hot engine. A slipping belt will also result in reduced cooling.
