Great quality replacement O ring seal for the fan hub.
Fits VW T2 Bays built from 1972 to 1979 with 1700cc, 1800cc, or 2000cc engines.
Also fits VW T25s built from 1980 to 1983 with 1700cc, 1900cc, or 2000cc air-cooled engines.
Fits on the fan hub in your air-cooled engine.
This rubber ring is located between the crankshaft and the fan hub of the type 4 engine and ensures that no oil leakage can occur.
This ring is also found in the gasket sets for these engines, but if you only find a leak here, you do not need a complete gasket set for the engine.
You can replace this gasket with the motor installed, although this is not the most pleasant way to work as the working space is very limited, with a motor on a workbench it is much better.
