Good Quality product - very pleasedLike another reviewer, I bought this exhaust to replace the EMPI twin box - that box was on my T25 when I bought it and was already rusted to bits, essentially a real eyesore. When the exhaust arrived I was pleased with the overall quality which was clearly evident. I had gone to a number of custom companies first, but sadly many would not entertain making an exhaust for the air cooled version (possibly something many T25 aircooled owners may have experienced too?). So I was really pleased to find this stock stainless exhaust. I took it to a local garage to get fitted as personally I think you need a proper lift to do it safely?. There was some small adjustment required to the bottom rear panel to get it to fit correctly, this is the only reason it does not get five stars for the price. Keep that in mind, but it wasn't a big job and it looks brilliant on the van now - great sound too. Very happy

Great ExhaustReplaced my rotten but long serving bug pack steel exhaust. Great fit with lots of adjustment. Nice but quiet sound. Discount made the deal all the sweeter. Thoroughly recommended.

Good product, well made, looks good as well.Brought to replace the terrible Empi twin box steel system also bought from JK a few months ago ( my own fault the reviews said it was not great ). This system fitted spot on, sits dead level when installed, it has a small amount of adjustment for tailpipe angle - nice. Sounds nice, not at all loud in fact quietest Exhaust I have had on the bus particularly when cruising. Small issue with clearance on o/s bumper iron, had grind a small amount. Only complaint is for £269 you would think a new set of fitting bolts would be included along with the gaskets provided, as you can't fit this system without sourcing bolts first. Very happy, bus runs better much smoother & more low end torque.

- I've fitted this to my T2 and all is good, but the silencer vibrates against the header. Obviously there is a bracket on the silencer which I assume is to secure the silencer box against the header, but what with? Nothing was supplied for that purpose so what would I need?
- Answer: The answer from EMPI is to use a jubilee clip. Open the clip out fully, thread it through the hole in the bracket, wrap it around the header pipe and then close the clip back up. Other people have used a strip of metal, nut, bolt and washers to achieve the same result but it looks a lot better.
