Easter Opening Hours at Just Kampers – Friday 29 March to Monday 1 April 2024

Please note that most of the JK Team will be off over the Easter Bank Holiday, and you will not be able to reach us by phone, or place orders in person at JK HQ during the long weekend.

Our Click & Collect service will be available over the long weekend, as below.

We will be open as usual from 9am on Tuesday 2 April, and all emails and other messages will be responded to as quickly as possible once we’re back.

Click & Collect Available All Weekend

You’ll be able to pick up Click & Collect orders from Just Kampers over the Easter bank holiday weekend, between the following hours:

Friday 29 March: 8am to 5pm

Saturday 30 March: 8am to 5pm

Sunday 31 March: 8am to 5pm

Monday 1 April: 8am to 5pm

Our Sales Counter Will Be Closed

You will not be able to place an order in person at JK HQ during the Easter bank holiday weekend, as our sales team do not work weekends.

There will not be anyone here who can put together an order for you, and our warehouse will only be open for Click & Collect as stated above.  

Our sales team will be available as normal from 9am on Tuesday 2 April, and we’ll be able to take your order in person then.

We’ll Still Be Shipping Orders

If you buy anything from Just Kampers over the Easter bank holiday weekend, we’ll still be sending out your orders as quickly as possible, so there’s no need to wait until the weekend is over!

We're always here to help, but many of us will be taking a well-earned break over the Christmas period.

Our Christmas opening hours will be:

Friday 22 December: Open 9:00 am to 4:00 pm 
Saturday 23 December: Click and Collect 10:00 am to 4:00 pm 
Sunday 24 December: Click and Collect 10:00 am to 4:00 pm 

Monday 25 December: Closed 
Tuesday 26 December: Closed 
Wednesday 27 December:  Open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm 
Thursday 28 December: Open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm 
Friday 29 December:  Open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Click & Collect from JK HQ

Collecting Your Order

We need to see the order number given to you after you checkout, and proof of ID, before we can hand over your order. This proof of ID can be:
• The payment card you used for the order,
• A current photo driver's licence or passport. 

We cannot release your order without seeing your ID

If you paid entirely with gift vouchers, a gift card or PayPal, please bring either your passport or photocard driving licence with you as ID.

Can someone collect on my behalf?

We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person you've nominated must present your order number and their own photo ID (passport or photo driving licence).

How long will you hold my collection for?

We hold orders for 10 working days before they’re refunded back via the original payment method.

Shopping at JK HQ

We don't have a showroom or a shop at JK HQ, but if you're in the area and want to place an order face-to-face, you can speak to the JK Team in person. We're happy to help, and sometimes it's easier to look at a part or your vehicle personally, if you're unsure of exactly what you need to order. 

Please be aware that we don't have products or large items like awnings for you to take a look at, and that the on-site workshop here at JK HQ is for us to test products and work on our own vehicles – we can't instal parts and accessories for you. 

The JK Team will be available to speak to you and take an order from 9am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
