1. Where is my order?

When you place an order online, you will see an order confirmation screen giving you your order number. Please make a note of this number for your records.

Within a few minutes of placing your order, you will automatically be sent an email with your order number confirming that your order is in the system.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive another email confirming your order has been processed and, if necessary, informing you of any issues relating to your order, such as whether the item is out of stock or if a substitute item is being sent.

At the point of dispatch, you will receive an email giving your parcel number together with a link to the courier’s website to enable you to check the progress of your order.

You can monitor the progress of your order online at any time by logging on and checking your order details.

We will advise you when ordering if an item is out of stock.

 

2.    What is your returns policy?

 

Upon receipt of your order you have two working days to advise Just Kampers of any damage or shortages of the goods.

If for any reason you have ordered the incorrect parts, we offer a 14 days (from delivery date) refund or exchange policy, subject to the goods being returned in unused, perfect condition, with the original packaging still intact.

Customers must meet the cost of return carriage on correctly supplied goods.

Any returns after 14 days are at our discretion and a 15% restocking fee may be charged.

No returns will be accepted after 90 days.

 

3.    When will my products be delivered?

 

All orders received by 3.00pm will be dispatched the same day subject to availability and cleared payment.

To encourage you to order online we only charge (with very few exceptions) £5 for delivery to anywhere within the UK mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

If, due to the size or weight of the goods ordered, it is necessary to charge more than £5 for delivery, you will be advised at the checkout of the cost of delivery.

 

4.    Who qualifies for the £5 maximum delivery charge?

 

The £5 maximum delivery charge is available to addresses on the UK mainland only, excluding Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands.

It is available only for products ordered through our online shop only. Orders made over the phone or fax or on email will be charged at the appropriate rate.

Some restrictions may apply.

Confirmation of the delivery charge will be given at time of order.

 

5.    Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

 

Most deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign for the delivery. This is simply to ensure the goods were delivered and received correctly.

If you can’t be there to sign for delivery and your order qualifies, you may be able to provide special delivery instructions during the checkout process for our couriers to leave the item(s) with a neighbour or in some other safe place. Otherwise, remember that you can specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace, or a friend's place, etc.

7.     Do I need to register to shop online?

 

Yes. Registration is easy and will enable you to track your orders online, view your full order history, update your personal details, manage your address book and change your payment details, all in one secure area.

You'll also be able to purchase more quickly and easily when you're logged in.

 

 

8.   I have forgotten my password. How do I request a new password?

To request a new password, click on ‘My account’ and click the link "Password forgotten”. Enter your email in the box provided and an email will be sent with your new password. Once you have logged on with your new password you can of course change it to something more memorable.

 

9.    Can I buy Just Kampers gift vouchers online?

 

Just Kampers gift vouchers are now available to buy online in denominations of £5, £10 and £20.

Gift vouchers are the ideal gift for any VW enthusiast when you're not sure what to buy.

 

10.  Do you ship abroad?

 

Yes, we ship daily world wide either by sea or air depending on size and urgency. Delivery cost is calculated at the time of checking out or contact our customer service team on +44 1256 860025 or sales on +44 1256 862288.

 

11.  Do I pay VAT if the parts go abroad?

 

If you are within the EEC you must pay UK VAT, unless you can provide in advance a valid VAT number for the business buying the goods.

Goods being sent outside the EEC will not pay VAT as long as they are sent direct to that country by Just Kampers.

ALL RETAIL PRICES SHOWN include VAT on the website.

 

12   Can I visit JK?

 

We are a mail order company, but there is a ‘trade counter’ where you can collect from. Please call before you visit to make sure we have stock and to avoid disappointment.

 

13.  What is the copyright on this website?

 

Reproduction of all or any substantial part of the material in any form is prohibited except that individual users may print or save portions of the material for their own personal use.
