  • GREAT!

Put these on the front and back of my bay the other day as the old ones were 'tired'.
WOW! What a difference in handling!

    • Will these help with the bottoming out problem?
    • Answer: If your van is bottoming out you need to check if this is hitting the bump stops on your axle (if they are still on your axle) or if the shock is bottoming out, if it is hitting the bump stops these can be cut off. If they have been cut off and it is still bottoming out you will need a shorter shock so need to measure the closed length and see if this will suit.

    • Do these fit the front and rear of stock height 70 bay? Also what is the difference between these and J11280?
    • Answer: These fit the front of a Bay. You will need J11280 for the rear.

    • I bought these for my 1973 Bay and the lower end won't fit over the bolt by the brake, is this the right part, why doesn't it fit?
    • Answer: Yes it is the right part. Has the collar off the old shock rusted onto the stud or bolt. Check to see if it cam off with the old shock. If not you will need plenty of heat or WD40 and some grips to remove the old one.

    • Hi, just fitted these and the difference is amazing. Only slight worry I have is that I have just noticed the label on the box says that they are not for road use and only for racing! Can you clarify please. Thanks
    • Answer: EMPI put the label on everything. It's something to do with Californian State Law.
